With the cost of living crisis having us all by the short and curlies, we created a personalised mobile campaign encouraging EE customers to squeeze the most out of their contracts, personally delivered by Mr Bacon himself.

With several unique data points on how each customer was using their plan, we were able to surface bespoke benefits we knew they wouldn’t want to miss out on.

Customers received an SMS/MMS with a link inviting them to watch a video message from Kevin Bacon. Each film was personalised with the customer’s name, mobile device and data plan.
